Closing and Escrow Services
As an impartial escrow and closing agent, Title Associates manages the closing process and disburses funds in accordance with the contract and lender instructions. We ensure prior mortgages, taxes, and liens are paid. Immediately after closing, we certify deeds are recorded and title policies are issued.
